Subject to payment and compliance with this EULA, FinancialPlugins grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the purchased product for a single use on a single licensed domain. At the moment, the standard license condition is one license equals one domain, unless FinancialPlugins expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Product licenses do not expire by time unless stated otherwise. The license gives you use rights only; it does not transfer ownership of the product, code, documentation, design, trademarks, or related intellectual property.

A domain means the root domain or host name where the product is installed, activated, displayed, or used, including relevant subdomains, domain aliases, mirror domains, mapped domains, and multisite network sites. A licensed domain is the production domain approved or recorded for the license.
A test domain means a localhost installation, temporary development URL, staging URL, preview URL, or clearly non-production domain used only to install, test, configure, or migrate the product before production use. A test domain must not be used as a public production website or as a second live installation.
Single use means one active production installation or deployment for one website, application, customer project, or end client. A WordPress multisite network, SaaS platform, white-label service, hosted service, or deployment serving multiple unrelated websites, tenants, clients, or domain aliases requires separate written permission or additional licenses.
You may install and use the product on the licensed domain and make reasonable backup copies for your own licensed use. You may configure the product for your own website or application, subject to the documentation, license controls, and product-specific requirements.
You may use a reasonable test domain for installation, staging, quality assurance, or migration before production activation, provided the test domain is not used as an additional live website. Test-domain use remains subject to license controls and may be refused if it appears to be used to avoid the one-domain license model.
You may modify product code only for your own licensed use. Modified products, custom changes, and conflicts caused by modifications are unsupported unless FinancialPlugins expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
If you need to move a licensed domain because of a staging-to-production launch, domain rebrand, client handover, hosting migration, or similar legitimate project change, contact support before or promptly after the migration. You may be asked to provide the order details, old domain, new domain, reason for the migration, and confirmation that the old production installation will no longer be used.
FinancialPlugins may deactivate the old domain and activate the new domain for the same license when the request is consistent with the one-domain license model. Migration or transfer requests may be refused where there is evidence of abuse, resale, license sharing, repeated unexplained transfers, unpaid disputes, or use on multiple production domains.
You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, publish, share, make available, or transfer the product, license key, download link, source code, or derivative works to another person or domain except as expressly allowed in writing.
You may not remove ownership notices, bypass licensing controls, use the product to violate law, use the product in a way that harms FinancialPlugins, its infrastructure, or other users, or use one license on multiple domains.
You must keep license keys, download links, account credentials, and support access confidential and promptly notify FinancialPlugins of suspected unauthorized use, disclosure, compromise, or misuse.
License, activation, download, and update servers may check license key, product ID, domain, site URL, product version, activation count, IP address, timestamps, activation status, and related diagnostic details to provide downloads and updates, enforce the one-domain license model, prevent misuse, detect abuse, and troubleshoot product issues.
These checks are described further in the Privacy Policy. Attempts to disable, falsify, or bypass license checks may result in suspension or termination.
Some WordPress plugins include free lifetime updates. Where this applies, updates may be delivered electronically through the WordPress admin interface and downloaded directly from FinancialPlugins servers.
Lifetime updates mean updates made available during the commercial lifetime of that product while FinancialPlugins continues to maintain and distribute it. Lifetime does not mean the buyer's lifetime, perpetual updates, indefinite support, a specific update schedule, a feature roadmap, or compatibility with every future third-party platform version.
Products may depend on third-party platforms, themes, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, data providers, browsers, WordPress, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript libraries, payment providers, or other external systems. FinancialPlugins is not responsible for failures, changes, outages, fees, data quality issues, or incompatibilities caused by third-party services or environments.
Products may include third-party or open-source components subject to their own licenses. Where required, notices are included in the product package, source files, documentation, or related notices.
You are responsible for making and verifying backups before installation, updates, configuration changes, migrations, customizations, or troubleshooting. You should test updates and significant changes in a staging environment before using them in production.
You are responsible for rollback plans, disaster recovery, hosting capacity, server configuration, third-party compatibility, and monitoring of production systems where products are installed.
Each purchase includes six months of technical support unless a product page or written agreement states otherwise. Support extension prices and terms differ by product and will be published on the corresponding product or plugin page.
Support does not include custom development, custom integrations, server administration, third-party product fixes, data entry, trading or financial advice, or training unrelated to the product.
FinancialPlugins may suspend or terminate access to downloads, updates, support, or license services if you breach this EULA, misuse a product or license, attempt to bypass licensing controls, submit fraudulent information, abuse support, or use the product unlawfully. Upon termination, you must stop using the affected product and delete copies unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Ownership, restrictions, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, payment obligations, dispute provisions, and any terms that by their nature should continue will survive termination or expiry of this EULA.
All intellectual property rights in the products, code, documentation, designs, trademarks, and related materials remain owned by FinancialPlugins or its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this EULA.
