These terms govern use of FinancialPlugins websites, product demos, checkout flows, downloads, support, and related services.

FinancialPlugins advertises, demonstrates, sells, licenses, and supports website plugins and standalone web applications through financialplugins.com and related subdomains.
By visiting the website, using a demo, purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using a product, you agree to these Terms of Use, the EULA, the Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use, the EULA, the Refund Policy, product-specific terms, checkout disclosures, or a written agreement, the following order applies: signed written agreement, checkout-specific terms, product-specific terms, Refund Policy for refund matters, EULA for software-license matters, and then these Terms of Use.

Products are sold to both consumers and businesses. If you buy on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. Consumer customers may have mandatory statutory rights that cannot be limited by these terms.
Product pages and demos are provided so customers can review features, behavior, compatibility, and suitability before purchase. You are responsible for checking that a product meets your needs, technical requirements, platform version, hosting environment, and legal or business requirements before buying.
Demo content, screenshots, descriptions, and examples are provided for evaluation and may not represent every configuration, data source, market condition, browser, theme, plugin, hosting provider, or third-party integration.
Product pages may contain product-specific requirements, license terms, support terms, update terms, and third-party requirements. Product-specific terms form part of the contract and apply together with these Terms of Use.
Purchases available through this website are processed by Stripe. The customer is asked to provide checkout details such as name, email address, billing address, and payment details on the Stripe checkout page. FinancialPlugins does not store full payment card details.
Prices advertised on FinancialPlugins pages exclude VAT and similar taxes unless stated otherwise. For customers located in the European Union or another jurisdiction where tax must be collected, Stripe may calculate and add VAT or other applicable taxes during checkout based on the customer's location, billing information, and applicable tax rules.
A purchase contract is formed when Stripe confirms successful payment and FinancialPlugins sends access, download, license, or delivery information to the buyer email address. FinancialPlugins may reject, cancel, or reverse an order where required because of suspected fraud, a pricing or product error, sanctions or export-control risk, payment processor restrictions, or a technical error.
Customers should contact support before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, license, update, download, and support access may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
You may not purchase, download, install, activate, or use FinancialPlugins products where prohibited by sanctions, export-control rules, payment processor restrictions, or applicable law.
Products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, a download link, license activation code where applicable, and installation instructions are sent to the buyer email address. Some products do not require separate activation.
Where immediate digital delivery starts during a consumer withdrawal period, checkout or order records should include a separate express request for immediate delivery and a separate acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins, where required by applicable law. For consumer customers, digital delivery and withdrawal rights are handled as described in the Refund Policy.
Each purchase includes six months of technical support, unless a product page or written agreement states otherwise. Support covers reasonable help with installation, activation, and product issues in supported environments. Support does not include custom development, custom integrations, server administration, third-party product fixes, data entry, trading or financial advice, or training unrelated to the product.
After the included support period ends, customers may extend support for an additional fee where paid support extension is available. Support extension terms and prices differ by product and will be published on the corresponding product or plugin page.

You are solely responsible for installing, configuring, testing, operating, securing, and maintaining your website, server, application, accounts, data, backups, credentials, and legal compliance. You are also responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your use case and for any decisions made using product output.
FinancialPlugins products may display or process financial, market, cryptocurrency, forex, trading, portfolio, news, or similar information. Products are software tools only and do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, trading, or professional advice. FinancialPlugins is not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, tax adviser, legal adviser, financial institution, or provider of regulated financial services. Any use of the products is at your sole risk.
Market, financial, forex, cryptocurrency, ETF, stock, portfolio, news, or other data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by third-party providers. You are responsible for independently verifying data before relying on it.
Customers using FinancialPlugins products on their own websites are responsible for their own privacy and cookie compliance, financial promotion rules, investment-content disclaimers, consumer terms, accessibility, security, and any licenses, rights, or permissions needed for third-party data displayed on their website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, demos, products, downloads, licenses, updates, documentation, and support are provided as is and as available. FinancialPlugins disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, compatibility, accuracy, or availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinancialPlugins will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, trading losses, investment losses, loss caused by reliance on market data or product output, security incidents in your environment, third-party service failures, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinancialPlugins total liability for any claim related to a product, purchase, license, support request, website use, or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the law of a consumer's country of residence.
Any dispute relating to the website, a product, purchase, license, support request, or these terms must be resolved in the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules give a consumer the right to bring proceedings in another forum.
FinancialPlugins may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Updated terms apply to future website use, purchases, downloads, updates, support, license services, and continued access to services from the effective update date. They do not retroactively change the core license rights for products already purchased, unless required by law, necessary for security or abuse prevention, or expressly accepted by the customer.
