FinancialPlugins products are digital goods delivered electronically. After successful payment, a download link, license activation code where applicable, and installation instructions are sent to the buyer email address. Some products do not require separate activation.
Because product demos are available before purchase and products are delivered electronically, refunds are generally not provided after delivery except as described below or where required by applicable law.

A refund may be considered if the purchased product does not work on the customer's website or supported environment and FinancialPlugins support cannot make it work after a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot.
Refund requests based on technical non-functionality must be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless mandatory law requires a longer period. The product must be tested in a supported environment that meets the published product requirements, such as required PHP, WordPress, Laravel, database, server extension, browser, hosting resource, cron job, API key, and third-party service requirements.
Refunds may also be provided where required by applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law.
FinancialPlugins sells to both consumers and businesses. Consumer customers may have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases.
Before immediate digital delivery begins, consumer customers may be asked to give express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins, where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded. If local law gives you a non-waivable refund, cancellation, withdrawal, guarantee, or conformity right, FinancialPlugins will handle the request according to that law.
Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, failure to review the demo or requirements, incompatible customizations, unsupported environments, third-party service failures, discontinued third-party APIs, lack of hosting resources, or features that were not advertised as included.
Refund requests must be submitted through support.financialplugins.com. Include the order ID or payment reference, product name, website domain, environment details, a description of the issue, and relevant error logs, screenshots, or diagnostic information.
A reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot means the customer provides the information needed to verify the purchase, reproduce the issue, and confirm the supported environment, and provides admin, diagnostic, FTP, hosting, log, or other access where reasonably necessary. Customers must allow support up to 20 business days to investigate after the required information and access have been provided.
Accidental duplicate purchases, failed-payment duplicates, or wrong-product purchases may be reviewed if reported promptly. A full or partial refund is more likely where the product has not been downloaded, activated, installed, or used and the license can be cancelled cleanly.
FinancialPlugins may offer partial refunds, exchanges, support extensions, or discretionary goodwill refunds case by case. Goodwill refunds do not create an obligation to provide the same outcome in future cases.
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days where technically possible. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
After a refund, you must stop using the product, uninstall it, delete copies, and stop using downloaded code, documentation, license keys, updates, or derivative works. Any license, download, update, and support rights for the refunded product may be deactivated after the refund is issued.
Fraudulent refund requests, chargeback abuse, or continued use after a refund may result in license termination, refusal of future purchases or support, and other remedies available under applicable law.
